I started Voninga after years of working as a contractor, constantly frustrated by drawings that lacked detail and led to costly mistakes on site. Too often, I saw short-term thinking, poor planning, and young engineers left without mentorship.

I wanted to do things differently, build a consultancy where engineering excellence meets innovation and integrity. A place where clients don’t just get technical outputs, but real solutions that last.
